Refund policy

All sales are final, unless the product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturer defect. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at
orders@literiecandle.com for a replacement or refund.

Shipping
All orders ship within 2-3 business days for a flat $6.95 fee within the United States. International shipping will require an extra fee depending on the country.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
