When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday.

If choose next day shipping will I receive my order tomorrow?

No. Our warehouse processes orders within 1-2 business days excluding Saturday and Sunday. Once the order is processed through our warehouse and picked up by the delivery carrier, it will be delivered the next day. Please take into account that processing time when choosing your shipping option. If you need a Literie candle immediately we do have a limited selection on Amazon Prime.

How do I update my shipping address?

If you need to make an update to your shipping address please immediately email orders@literiecandle.com with your order number and correct shipping address. We cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping addresses but will do our best to make this update as timely as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders will require an additional fee depending on the country.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Pequannock, NJ.

How can I check the status or my order?

You can view your order status at anytime on your Account page. You will also receive email updates while your order is in transit.

This is a gift, can I add a gift note?

Yes! You can add a gift note to your order when you add a product to your shopping cart. Additionally, you can record a free video message to the recipient using SWAQ.

How do I use SWAQ?

When you choose to use SWAQ for your gift message you'll receive an email with a link to record your video. The gift recipient will receive a QR code attached to your gift when it's delivered. Once they scan the QR code with their phone, they can watch your uploaded video message.

Do you have scent samples?

We currently do not have scent samples; however, we do offer "little" versions of our bestselling scents to try before committing to a larger size.

What's the best way to place a large order?

How do preorders work?

When you purchase an item on preorder you are reserving that product for when it comes back in stock. Once we have it at our warehouse you'll be among the first to get that product shipped to you. If your purchase contains a preorder and in stock product your entire order will not ship until the preorder item is in stock. If you want your in stock items ahead of the restock date, we recommend placing 2 separate orders so in stock items will ship immediately.
